great site, awesome products

First time I ordered from tham everything went very smooth, so I decided to order from them agian. What a mistake, they lost my order, they charged my card twice, it took them two weeks to find my order and than they had no record of it. I emailed tham several times with no response, when they finally did respond they were asking me what I ordered. I finally requested a refund about four weeks ago and still nothing. Will never order from agian which sucks because they have some great products.
