Have held an e-mail account since 1997 and have never had a problem. The current situation is now different,I have not been able to receive e-mails for over 5 days and it is impossible to contact Talk Talk to discuss the problem. I am out of the country and it is costing a fortune in trying to make contact by phone. One would ask the question, why not make contact by e-mail but that is impossible unless you have an account number to hand.In the past I have seen articles in the press which have reported customers dissatisfaction on the level of customer service as well as the inability to resolve operational problems in a timely manner. Is Talk Talk reverting to old habits?

I haven't used my mail for a week or so, but I tried to access it today and I cannot get onto tiscali webmail. It appears to have been totally erased. There is no link from the home page either. The new look may be ok but pretty useless!! I wonder if there will be a reduction in subscription for the inconveniebce of not being able to access one's mail??

Ive been happy with tiscali but for some reason (guessing with the new partnership with talk talk) i've not been able to use my emails for about 5 days.... its really frustrating as i have important mails being sent this week and i cant log onto the website to do so - .- .

I have been trying to get through to someone who understands that my phone line
and internet have been having fault for the last 6 months I need a engineer to be sent out and not keep blaming the filters in my house that have been changed several times no one ever seems to ring back either I wasted all my day off trying to get somewhere but never got called back I think it would be easier to change back to BT ???????

useless piece of work, had problems with talk talk ever since it took over and messed about,
getting and reading e mails is so bad its quicker to write a letter and post it 2nd class

We have a big problem, cancelled our subscription due to change of circunstances-paid what we were told was the ballance of our account only to find we are being harrased by debt collectors for line rental charges. We have never had line rental- they even had the cheek to ask us for out talk talk phone number as they didnt know it. They seem surprised that we dont know it either as we have never had this service. Customer service dept rubbish passed from pillar to post even had phone put down on us. Anyone else had this problem-please advise as nobody is listening to us. Thanks carful99@yahoo.co.uk
