Thank you so much OCPM, especially Regina. I was in a really tough spot and needed to move quickly. Your staff helped me out and were beyond helpful and courteous. I called frequently with tons of questions and was always helped in a friendly and sincere manner by Regina. Even when I was totally bugging, Regina treated me with kindness and understanding. Maria also did so much to work with me and my family. I have lived in my OCPM property for 8 months and have never had a problem when I needed any sort of maintenance work done. Since renting from you, I have referred 2 relatives and 1 friend and all have had the same experience as me. Thanks again and keep up the good work!!

Eric, I have been doing property management for over 23 years now and I never thought that I would find a company that would manage my property like I do as if it where your own. I am looking for a place were i can call home, just moved back to California from Texas and my husband and i are having a real hard time finding what we want. so if anyone who can help us out that would be great. so i guess that from what i am reading about how great this company is maybe someone could help us out. thank you so much.
