Discusted with the service attitude and overall lack of communication of the team not surprising really as the general attitude of the business manager said it all.

Shame the pilots have to suffer from the absolutely monkeys that work behind the scenes. Will not be returning and what once was a friendly welcoming place is now somewhere that should be boarded up.

Think twice before going.
