Whoever is in charge of entering computer format has made it near impossible to
simply enter your account number and password to get simple information from the computer. I have no idea on how to find my accout info. You change the format
just when I think I know how to do the computer entry process.

I think you are right. Just went to the bank to reset my online password and the temporary password is not working so I still can't access my account online.

Now I am leery to even try to begin an online access. will probably have to telephone for access to my account info as I have in the past. Please rectify problems. for us out of state customers. Thank you.

I am so frustrated with trying to access my account I have had to call at least several times a month to try to make a pymt. or transfer funds. Looks like I am among many with this issue. Please fix this!!!

I've been with AZFCU for over 30 years, and sadly I have to say goodbye. I will not go into great detail, other than to say there is no compassion or loyalty when it comes to their loyal customers. I just got back from pleading my case with them with no evail. I'm not throwing me a "Pity Party" by no means, it is tough times for most people right now and time to all pull together and help one another, not make it tougher. I found out by my phone being shut off that we had insufiant funds in our account. That wasn't suprizing, the suprize was when I logged into our account, it showed a - $580.00 balance. It was all overdraft charges except $24.60. 17 charges at $35.00 each! I was told We have "overdraft protection" on our account. I want to know how that is protecting me? If I didn't have it, I would of been allerted when the first charge was denied. Instead $500.00 later I find out, and not by the credit union. We have a account with another bank that called me directly one night after seeing a $175.00 withdraw on our card. It was for a tow truck picking up our broken down car. She told me the reason for the call was it didn't fit the pattern of our account usage, and apologized. That is what I call "Overdraft Protection" and didn't cost us a dime. With AZFCU knowing our financial situation and what brought on those 17 overdraft charges, they want us to file a police report on a 20 year old family member and make payments to pay off the late charges, then we would be able to access our account. OK, Sure, I'll get right on that... Don't bother sending me a Christmas card this year, consider it my first payment. Oh, Wait! that wasen't even you! NEVERMIND! That was our NEW bank.

I am seriously considering changing banks even thou I just started with you. It is impossible to log on to accounts and I am really tired of trying!!!

I have had an account with AFCU for over 35 years...recently I have noticed that all the 'old time employees' have retired and a new 'breed' of tellers, loan officers, managers etc. have taken control...The 'New Diversity' program that they have seem to favor blacks and Hispanics...since I'm a white male over 65 years old with a credit score of over 790 I have been recently routinely turned down for a small business loan being told that I do not match the matrix of the type of individual that they deem compliant to service...apparently AFCU has become a narrow minded 'diverse system' that can and will discriminate against 'older white males' at their discretion...sign of the times I guess.

As a long time customer of AZFCU, I am sad to say that I have to agree with all of the above reviews. It is really sad that the current management could seem to care less about its customers.

I got lock out of my account and now I have to pay my bills with moneyorders. I like to old system. I need to get into my account to pay my bills on line.

Not a happy person with this new online set up. i can't even check my account online without going though online hoops do to not having the right kind of downloads. And now i cant just jump on a work computer or even home computer to check my accout without those issues. I hate this new system, please go back to the way it was.

I'm just wondering if anyone at AZFCU is reading any of the above comments and doing something about it. I have just given up on checking my account for now and will just wait for some improvement.

I am constantly on the phone to reset locked out because it doesn't accept a password I one minute ago created this is so frustrating I agree with those above I'm Not A Happy person either they try so hard to get customers that they won't keep and losing old ones because other banks have easy access.
